AovUp is operated by Woosuite Ltd. We build and sell WooCommerce plugins and related software products. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at help@aovup.com

What Personal Data We Collect and Why

When you purchase a product
We collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment information. This is used to process your order, manage your license, and provide support. Payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers.

When you create an account
We store your name, email address, and purchase history. This is used to manage your subscription, deliver license keys, and provide access to plugin updates and support.

When you contact support
We collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

When you visit our website
We may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site through analytics tools. This helps us understand how people use our site and improve it.

When you leave a comment
We collect your name, email address, and IP address. An anonymised string from your email may be shared with Gravatar to display your profile picture.

License and Subscription Data

When you purchase a plugin subscription, we store a license key linked to your account. This license key is used to verify your access to plugin updates and support through our license server.

Your plugin will continue to function if your subscription lapses, but updates and support will no longer be available. If your subscription is unpaid or cancelled, a reminder notice will appear inside your WordPress admin area. After a grace period, access to plugin settings may be restricted until your subscription is renewed.

Cookies

We use cookies to:

• Keep you logged in to your account

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function correctly without them.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment card information on our servers. For Stripe’s privacy policy visit: https://stripe.com/privacy
