Within 14 days of the trial/purchase of any plugin package, we will refund the full amount. Once your refund is confirmed, please allow up to 14 working days for it to appear in your account, although it may be processed sooner depending on your bank
No refunds are provided for plugin package purchases after the first 14 days.
After the initial refund period expires for subscription-based products, we will continue to charge you on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account plan.
You may cancel any subscription products at any time using the methods listed below. All files associated with a canceled site will be deleted.

A few conditions:
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the first purchase/trial date. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.
- Refund periods are based on the first purchase date. If you have purchased and requested a refund in the past, the 14 days are from the first purchase, not the repurchase date.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease using the product immediately.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.
