My License key won’t activate

In the past, we’ve seen customers unable to activate their license key, due to a few reasons:

1. Transients in WordPress – this needed clearing
2. And the last issue was a plugin was interrupting the connection request to our server.
3. Our server detects “bad” behavior from an IP address and blocks your request

If you are unable to see the ‘Whats new’ section in your Woosuite dashboard, chances are it’s to do with points 2 or 3 above.
