1. Install and Activate the WooCommerce Min-Max Quantities Plugin

In WordPress Admin Dashboard: Navigate to Woosuite » Min/Max Quantity Rules.
3. Set Global Default Quantity
Now, scroll down to the Global Default Quantity and set the default quantity as you want. I have set it as 5.

Click on the ‘Save Changes’ button at the top right corner to save the changes.

From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to the Products » All Products.
Hover your mouse on the product, and click on the Edit button to edit the Product.

On the product edit page, scroll down to the Product Data section, and in the Default
Quantity field, enter the quantity you want. I have added 2.
3. Update the Product
After that, scroll a bit above and click on the Update button to save the changes.
