Why Should You Add Multiple Product Variation Images In WooCommerce?
As we all know, WooCommerce doesn’t enable us to add multiple images for each variation. However, displaying distinct photos of each variation has a lot of benefits for a WooCommerce store. It can help you in building credibility as well as increase sales. Here are some advantages of adding variation images to your products.
Helps To Show Products Effectively: Variation images allow you to showcase your premium products effectively and professionally.
For instance, you sell standard t-shirts in three different colors – Red, Blue, and Green. A user lands on your eCommerce store and looks for plain t-shirts. Fortunately, you are selling them, so they click to see product details and pictures. When they visit the product page and select the desired color, they observe that you haven’t provided an overview of the product from different perspectives. You have just added a single variation image.
Of course, they wouldn’t prefer buying that t-shirt. A customer always thinks hundreds of times before buying any product. As a result, they will never buy any product before seeing it, and that’s how human nature works. And, in this process, variation images help you showcase your products effectively and efficiently.
Helps Increasing Sales: Additional variation images can also help in increasing your eCommerce store’s revenue. Yes, it’s worth it. As mentioned above, a buyer never purchases any product till they get assured about the product. They demand to see the product from each angle before buying. If you don’t include varied images of the product, the user may exit the page immediately. Though, if you add pictures, there are chances they will buy the product.
Improves Credibility Of The Store: Adding variation images can help you build your eCommerce store’s credibility. The user will feel that they are visiting a genuine online store in the online world. So, think about adding different images for each product.
Helps Comparing The Products: Adding images for variable products can help users compare the products with other products. This will assist them in choosing the best option from the available options.
Improves User Interface: User interface plays a huge role in the success of an eCommerce store or any website. If you offer multiple images of each product variation, it will help them choose products quickly. This would be a win-win situation because they will find zero reasons to leave your page.
These are the benefits of adding multiple image variations. Let’s jump on to how you can add additional variation images In WooCommerce.

Step 9. Add Variation Image Gallery
Tap on the colour name, and click on the Add Gallery Images. Now, select all the images you want to display in the variation gallery. This gallery includes images that help users to understand the product from different angles.
Do the same with every variation you have created. In addition, you also have to denote a regular and sale price to show on the front end. Otherwise, this will not function properly.
Else, if you want to show the remaining stock, you can checkbox the Managed Stock and edit it.
